Hello, my name is Daniel O'Madigan Gribble.

I have two core passions in life; sailing and writing. Now that I'm no longer working day to day in the marine industry, I am able to pursue both with more attention and vigor.

As fate would have it, at just the right time in my life I found a boat that I love to sail and now we are sailing her to places I have always wanted to visit. My preference leans toward the track less traveled, though I love history and culture so intend to sprinkle our voyages with proper doses of both.

I also love to write and I hope my words adequately convey the "movie in my head" and inspire you to explore new places, learn from what I learn, and open your mind to new and different realities around the world. As Buddha said, "With our thoughts, we make the world." Everything begins in our mind. What world would you like to make?
